The Saturday Weekend & Lodging Package offered by the venue is designed to extend the joy and excitement of a wedding day over an entire weekend. The package includes the following features:
Exclusive Use: The grounds of the venue are reserved for the couple from Friday until Sunday afternoon. This means you have the place entirely to yourselves for the duration of the weekend.
Friday Arrival: The couple can arrive on the Friday before their wedding day. This allows ample time to decorate the reception halls. The halls are a unique feature of the venue, having been lovingly restored by Doug Hopkins, who is both the owner and an artist featured in the renowned show "This Old House."
Relaxation and Nature: On Friday night, after the rehearsal, the couple and their guests can unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The venue offers over three miles of hiking trails along Catawissa Creek. Guests can also gather around the campfire, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
Saturday Morning: On the wedding day itself (Saturday), the couple and their guests wake up to a delicious hot homemade breakfast provided by the venue. This is a delightful way to begin the special day. On Sunday a farewell brunch.
Private Suite: The couple is provided with a private suite for their preparations. This ensures privacy and comfort as they get ready for the wedding.
Ceremony Location: The venue offers a unique and serene "Sacred Spot" for the wedding ceremony. This area is nestled in the "chapel-of-the-woods," with the tranquil Catawissa Creek flowing alongside, providing a picturesque backdrop for the ceremony.
Reception: The reception takes place in the venue's Brick Industrial Hall which has been thoughtfully restored to maintain its timeless charm. This space provides an enchanting setting for dinner and dancing, allowing the couple and their guests to celebrate their commitment in style.

There is no charge for campers, breakfast is optional at $15 per person n/c children 12 and under.

Lodging in The Manifold House (Bridal Suite) and Catawissa Cabin: The package includes accommodation in The Manifold House, which serves as the beautiful bridal suite. Additionally, guests have the option to stay in one of the estate's rooms, known as Catawissa Cabin, providing a convenient and comfortable stay on the wedding premises.
Additional Lodging Options: For couples who require more accommodation space for their guests, the venue offers the Season House and Tiny Houses as additional lodging options. This allows the couple to accommodate more friends and family on-site for the celebration.

Elopement & Lodging Package
Redefine your romantic elopement, the Pump House grounds will be your adventure for you to roam and you'll be free to relax in your private suite, enjoy the beautiful scenery, or even swim in the creek. Visit our unique attractions around our area. Make it how you want, it is really about your commitment and love for one another. We support however that dream manifests!

Off-SeasonWedding & Lodging Package
An option for those who would like to host their wedding outside of the traditional 'wedding season. Package available from December through April. You may come to decorate earlier in the week and hold your rehearsal on-premise Friday night if you wish.
Lodging in The Manifold House, our beautiful bridal suite, and Catawissa Cabin, one of our estate’s rooms. Additional lodging is available Season House and Tiny Houses.

Lodging
Wedding packages include lodging in The Manifold House, our beautiful bridal suite, and Catawissa Cabin, one of our estates’ rooms.
Additional on-site lodging: Our cozy estate has seven guest rooms that can accommodate up to fourteen of your friends and family if you all decide to spend an evening in one of our elegant suites - Season House, Catawissa Cabin, Tiny Houses, and Camping. Friends and family may pay for their own accommodations, or the marrying couple may pay for them. Room prices are based on double occupancy. Visit the accommodation rates page for pricing.
Included for guests staying on the property is our fabulous homemade breakfast using eggs from our chickens, vegetables from the garden, and fruits from our orchard. There is a $15 charge for additional non-lodging guests and campers to cover breakfast.
Vendors
This can be as formal or informal as you desire: it can be a catered meal or you can have a barbecue, order take-out, or come up with a new plan. Your options are endless! We allow outside vendors of your choice for any aspect of the wedding; caterers can be priced as low as $15 per person. See our helpful Vendor List for more information and recommended vendors
B&B staff will be available to oversee set-up and parking for guests.

Booking the venue offers two distinct and charming event spaces for wedding celebrations, the Brick Barn Hall, and the Studio Hall, along with the flexibility to set up tents and enjoy various activities on the grounds. Here's what each space offers:
Capacity: The Industrial Brick Hall can accommodate up to 160 guests, making it suitable for larger wedding gatherings.
Industrial Charm: The hall's ambiance exudes industrial charm, featuring lofty ceilings, tall warehouse windows that fill the space with abundant natural light, exposed brick walls, and steel beams. These architectural elements create a unique and rustic atmosphere for the celebration.
Open Floor Plan: The open floor plan allows for versatile event setup and encourages creativity, allowing couples to customize the space to reflect their wedding theme and style.
Studio Hall:
Intimate Setting: The Studio Hall is a more intimate space, ideal for smaller weddings, with a capacity to accommodate up to 75 guests.
Artistic Touch: The hall is adorned with original artwork by Doug, the venue's owner and artist featured in This Old House. This artistic touch adds a personal and creative flair to the space.
Outdoor Space and Activities:
Yard Games and Campfire: The venue's grounds provide ample space to set up tents and offer yard games, adding fun and entertainment for guests. There is also the opportunity to gather around a campfire, fostering a warm and relaxed atmosphere for friends and family to enjoy.
